I called the hotel with some questions and guest service agent Chloe answered all my questions and was very friendly and professional. I decided to come book a room for the night and while checking in Chloe once again gave excellent customer service and was very helpful and welcoming. She's an incredible employee and I'm certain I will enjoy my stay here. Thanks for everything! Wonderful hotel. I'm very satisfied...tres bien! :)

Pretty good overall experience for this grade hotel. Breakfast was included and decent. The staff accommodated all requests and was friendly even though i spoke no French. Location is great, right by the highway and a lot of places to eat with an IGA right accross the street. Good bang for buck.

In renovation so ask for a renovated room. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. Very clean

I stayed for two nights on a business trip and had a very comfortable experience. Staff very friendly, the room and washroom were recently renovated, which made the stay feel fresh and modern. Parking was extremely easy, which I really appreciated after long work days. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM — I personally wished it began a little earlier, but the quality was ok. The only thing I didn’t love was that the bed came with two very small pillows, which weren’t the most convenient. Aside from that, the location is excellent. It’s very close to great restaurants and the Metro, making it easy to get around. Overall, a solid stay and great value. I would definitely return.

The hotel rooms have been recently upgraded, and there is plenty of parking available. The only issue I encountered was that the internet was down during check-in, so we had to wait. However, the manager handled the situation professionally and offered a 15% discount as a courtesy, which was much appreciated.

It’s really a good place to stay. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Rooms are quite spacious as well. We stayed with senior citizens and kids and everyone liked it. The only drawback is their breakfast room which is quite small and can accommodate max 10-12 people.

Wendy at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart always smiling, professional, and providing such a warm, welcoming presence. She truly makes guests feel comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience with the younger receptionist was very different. She came across as rushed and not very polite when I asked a question, her responses felt abrupt and she turned away quickly with little eye contact. Which made me neevous to ask again when I couldn’t find what I had asked for . A bit more courtesy and engagement would greatly improve the guest experience.

This hotel is in transition. It has been recently purchased by Ramada so it's not quite Ramada quality, but I see the vision and the friendly staff are truly doing their best with the conditions. I look forward to seeing the end result of the remodeling
